Perfect game for waiting in lines

Its a great game! Only issue I have is trying to get paws! Its really difficult and you need paws to complete most goals. I tried to complete offers to receive paws and it wont let me enter any fields with a drop down menu so thats out of the question.
There isnt a help menu or faq section if you need further assistance.
Im not sure what the point of visiting other peoples shops is. I dont know how to find friends that have this app and how to add them.
